the room was spacious! the hotel is very clean. the gym has everything you need for training! the restaurant for breakfast is great! i was welcomed warmly by the staff on arrival, and the food and service were amazing
the a/c was switching itself to 19.5 degrees in the mid november! it was cold in my room

my recent visit was amazing! the sauna provided amazing relaxation after sightseeing! the pool was clean and refreshing! the attentiveness of the staff impressed me. the front desk addressed my needs quickly. the hotel definitely offers a luxurious and comfortable experience.
i encountered one minor inconvenience, the availability of bathrobes requires a small fee, a detail i overlooked until the end of my stay.

the hotel is very close to a metro station. it is about a five minute walk. i found the gym very convenient. i managed to get in a couple of workouts. the spa and sauna were lovely. it was an very nice experience.
the room cleaning sometimes took until 3 or 4 pm. it became a problem for us.

the front desk staff was cute upon arrival. i found the room spacious and the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness. the location offered convenient access to the train station.
during my stay, i noticed some noise in the hallway at night , made it difficult to sleep well. the room did not have adequate soundproofing, and there was no strip under the door. the lack of a usb port for charging devices was also inconvenient.

My room was on the 17th floor. I enjoyed amazing city views. the sauna was clean and well maintained, perfect after a long day. the pool area offered a serene environment with enough space. both the spa and pool were top notch.
during my stay, the elevators acted strangely. i think there were some programming errors. this resulted in chaotic service.

The hotel featured very clean rooms. Breakfast offered a good variety. The staff was friendly and polite, which I appreciated.
The air conditioning did not function as expected. It automatically switched to 19.5 degrees, which I found too cold. Robe and slippers required an extra fee. I also needed to pay a deposit, which I found inconvenient.
